Adoption Info Meeting

Last night was our 2nd Adoption Info meeting. We were hoping to meet the s/w who would be doing our h/s, but she wasn't there. *sigh* We did learn more information and that was great. Our friend, B, went with us and she really enjoyed learning what the process entailed. She and her DH have been wonderful supporters through all the crap we've been through, so it was neat to involve them in this as well. We've learned that we WACAP now requires Adoption Classes, so we'll need to start looking into that. We were also provided with information about local adoption groups that we can get involved in. Fun! We are still waiting for our packet to arrive in the mail so we can start filling it all out. I'm trying to be patient......
